Its only been a year that i started to listen music . According to me music is all about the way in which u take it . To me , whenever I listen to music i feel close to my soul and at that time I realize my true innerself . It do also depends on what kind of music u listen to .<br />U don't any meditation and all,if u can feel the music , its the best way to connect to urself, what u desire , what u feel, what u think and ultimately all these things will let you achieve everything in life.
